Essential Functions:
Deliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments.
Always ensure quality guest service and comfort at all times by monitoring the area continuously.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and function related duties.
Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
Must be able to set tables to specifications, carry trays, and have excellent customer service experience.
Must be able to set up and break down banquet rooms as needed for banquet functions.
