Job Description:
As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be responsible for generating appointments and building relationships with potential customers through phone, text, and email. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from their first point of contact with our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
- Follow up with previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain an accurate database of customer information and all interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Achieve consistent weekly and monthly performance targets
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work on Monday - Saturday (day off during the week and Sundays)
