BODY20 Lead Coach
Lead Coach at BODY20 is a “Player/Coach” position that leads from the front, working simultaneously with the Studio Manager to achieve Studio Goals in revenue and paying members. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

BODY20 Studios offer a 20-minute one-on-one workout with a certified BODY20 Coach that guides members through customized strength and cardio programs, allowing for over 150 times more muscle contractions than a conventional workout, without any use of traditional gym equipment. In just 20 minutes, once a week, BODY20 aims to materially impact the remaining 10,060 minutes of the week, for every member.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and maintain a sufficient amount of fitness coaches to service each member and guest who completes a BODY20 session or demo.
- Actively participate in marketing events & incentives to support studio growth.
- Establish monthly goals in sessions, demos, and demo conversion for all Fitness Coaches.
- Monthly evaluation of Fitness Coach in sessions, demos serviced, and demo conversion.
- Support member retention efforts by making calls and conducting outreach attempts to current & past members.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings.
- Onboard and Train all new Fitness Coaches.
- Administer InBody evaluations and BODY20 sessions.
- Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs and products.
- Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques, which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds.
- Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards.
- Ensure compliance with policies, business practices, systems, and device settings.
- Maintain an organized fitness area at all times.
- Keep up with studio cleaning checklists.
Qualifications:
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred).
- CPR/AED certification (preferred).
- 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess honesty and personal integrity.
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry.
- Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
