Role Description
Balius Industrial, LLC is seeking an industrial insulation and coatings estimator/project manager. This is a full-time on-site role as an industrial soft goods Estimator/Project Manager specializing in Painting/Insulation located in Mobile, AL. The estimator/project manager will submit bids for painting/coating/insulation and oversee project controls, ensure construction safety, manage budgets, and utilize supervisory skills to lead the construction team on-site.
Qualifications
- CIP Level 1, 2 or 3 is a plus
- Supervisory Skills and Project Control
- Budgeting and Construction Safety
- Experience in managing construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of painting and insulation techniques
- Certifications in construction safety are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
