About this Role:
We are seeking a customer-obsessed operational leader to serve as the Head of Care Operations. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team that forms the backbone of our healthcare operations, ensuring efficient and excellent service for our patients, providers, and care facility partners.
Your team will be the central hub connecting our care team with our patients, managing care logistics across the entire value chain. This position is key to how Bariendo delivers outstanding patient outcomes.
- Patient Concierge and Service: Build a 6-star patient concierge operation that delivers an industry-leading, inclusive healthcare experience.
- Care Coordination & Logistics: Orchestrate seamless coordination between our care team, patients, and local facility partners to ensure all parties have what they need for a successful journey.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the central point of contact for patient issues/tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of service challenges.
- Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary care operations team while collaborating with senior leadership to align operations with Bariendo’s strategic goals and patient outcomes.
- Community Building & Feedback Loop: Develop strong relationships with our patients, manage our patient community group, and establish an efficient feedback loop between patients and our team.
- Tech-Oriented & Data-Driven Operations: Work with our Product team to integrate the latest technologies, including LLM and CDP tools, to enhance care operations, and analyze operational metrics to continuously improve service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in building and scaling customer-centric, tech-forward operations.
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in people management.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or management consulting experience.
- A strong passion for healthcare; experience in healthcare operations is a significant plus.
- Exceptional empathy and influencing skills, with the ability to connect with patients and teammates from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management skills.
