Your Role & Impact:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding high-quality candidates to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and manage a talent pipeline with effective sourcing strategies.
✅ Post engaging job listings on recruitment platforms to attract top candidates.
✅ Partner with community organizations, job sites, and unemployment agencies for outreach.
✅ Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and grassroots recruitment efforts.
✅ Encourage employee referrals and maintain engagement with staff in the hiring process.
✅ Facilitate interviews, assess candidates using structured interview guides, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
✅ Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
✅ Collaborate with training and operations teams to ensure new hires feel supported in their first 90 days.
✅ Monitor and ensure onboarding paperwork meets all regulatory requirements.
✅ Uphold Beacon’s core values and contribute to a positive, mission-driven work environment.
What You Bring:
✔ 1-5 years of recruiting experience, preferred.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Background in mental health or healthcare is a plus!
✔ Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
✔ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
