We are actively hiring for our new department (Blazer Jobs) within our company that is ramping with growth.
We are currently looking to hire individuals for an on-site Recruiter role to help grow schools nationwide and help fill their open roles.
Office Location: 501 Brooker Creek Blvd, Oldsmar, FL
The ideal candidate:
- Recruiting experience encouraged.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to bring culture into the company.
- Strong drive to learn, grow and succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.
Responsibilities and Commitments:
- Sourcing candidates by warm leads and cold calling.
- Post our client's jobs on our platforms.
- Daily cold calling with cold and warm candidates.
- Source through LinkedIn, Career Builder, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter.
- Recruit education professionals via phone, email, and social media.
- Build relationships with education and healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments.
- Build a book of business of candidates to work contract assignments.
Further Details:
This is FULLY on-site. Applicants must come into our Oldsmar office.
Monday to Friday work schedule; no nights or weekends!
