Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy and collaborate with a team of therapists and prescribers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers, emphasizing a team-based approach.
Utilize solid computer and technology skills to conduct telehealth sessions and maintain patient records.
Job Requirements:
Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states.
Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
Experience with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Solid computer and basic technology skills.
