Overview of Role
Reporting to the IT Operations Lead, this role will provide front-line hardware and software technical support, helping to ensure that all employees have a positive and productive experience with BOA's IT systems. This role will provide computer setup, software installation, and troubleshooting support to PC and Mac users for both local Denver and global employees. This role will work in a team whose responsibilities include system administration, cybersecurity, software development, and project management, and will have the opportunity to expand one's knowledge and skillset through collaboration and mentorship from the IT Team.
Core Responsibilities
Reflect and role model BOA's vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the IT team and rest of the organization Set up and support Windows and Mac computer systems following BOA procedures to ensure all systems are secure, properly configured, and controlled within BOA's corporate environment Add, modify, and remove user account access settings across BOA's major business systems to ensure account permissions are well-maintained and secure Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner, diagnose and resolve user problems, and document issue resolution Support new employee hires by proactively procuring computers and peripherals, setting up new hire workstations, and performing basic new hire IT orientations Create, maintain, and follow IT documentation to ensure controlled and consistent configuration of assets in BOA's environment Test and validate new hardware and software before broad deployment to general users Support network printers and scanners and other miscellaneous networked devices Maintain Hardware and software license inventory support upgrades and renewals Work with BOA Accounting on reconciliation of purchases to the appropriate General Ledger accounts Support office hardware and networking management tasks such as cable routing, hardware recycling, AV equipment setup, etc. Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in computer science or a relevant industry 1+ year of experience working with corporate networks and environments 1+ year of experience troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and peripherals Experience with Office 365 Administration Experience with Help Desk ticket processes Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory Familiarity with Windows and MacOS Ability to follow defined procedures and identify & document procedure improvements Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe Desired Qualifications
Certifications in M365, MCSA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Apple Overview of Compensation and Benefits
Budgeted salary range: $55,000 - $65,000
We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus

For the majority of the Denver team, a hybrid approach is taken with the option to use a mix of remote work, and in-office connection days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Connection Days are where we're all encouraged to go into the office and reconnect, even if you do not need to access specific equipment or product to do your job. Staying connected is really important, both for your mental health and to continue fostering our amazing BOA community Some roles will require 4-5 days/week in the office if access is needed to product, equipment, specialized technology etc. We will review any job-specific requirements during the interview process
