Our client is seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Auto/Bodily Injury claims from inception to closure, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.

- Job Title : Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster
- Location (On-Site) Mon-Fri | Lakewood Ranch, FL Office (By UTC area)
- Salary Range: : $68k base + a $5K bonus after 90 days in role (Benefits Package included)
- Job Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate Auto/Bodily Injury claims. Soft tissue up to major injury and death.
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate claim resolution.
- Assess coverage, liability, and damages, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed documentation, process payments, and manage accurate claim recorded
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive efficient claim handling
- Monitor claim developments and make strategic decisions to mitigate risk
Qualifications & Requirements
- FL Adjuster License required
- 3+ years of experience handling Auto/Bodily Injury claims
- Experience with injury claims that are attorney rep’d
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex claims with a proactive and detail-oriented approach in a fast paced environment
