We are BotsCrew. We create chatbots to help brands create an amazing customer experience. Our story begins with the hackathon in early 2016, where we created our first chatbot, won the hackathon, and fell in love with the idea of such a simple interface.
We are looking for an HR Generalist who will focus on recruitment and help us find the best talent for our team. If you have experience in recruitment, are fluent in English (both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients), and are ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!

Key responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle hiring process: from discussing the ideal candidate profile with hiring managers to signing the offer.
- Manage the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Support corporate culture through regular communication and event organization.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and work on retention and development strategies.
- Experience in recruitment (at least 1 year), preferably in IT.
- Advanced level in English (at least both spoken and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- Experience in organizing onboarding and pre-onboarding processes.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze metrics and use data to optimize hiring processes.
- International projects: Work with clients from the US and the UK.
