The Bratz brand is seeking a results-driven and highly organized Fan Club and Loyalty Project Manager to lead the strategy, development, and management of the Bratz Fan Club. This role is central to driving revenue through new membership acquisition, increasing fan purchases of Bratz products via Bratz DTC, and fostering greater community engagement within digital forums. As the primary liaison between the fan club and the internal brand team, you will ensure the fan community has an exceptional and engaging experience, while providing key insights regularly to support brand and business objectives. This position works in close collaboration with the larger marketing, design, and web teams, including the Social Media Manager, to align initiatives and fan activity with the brand's overall vision and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan, develop, launch, and oversee the Bratz Fan Club, ensuring it delivers exceptional value to members while driving revenue through paid memberships acquisition. Manage all elements of the fan club, including: Membership tiers, exclusive content, and rewards designed to incentivize renewals and new signups. Development and optimization of a digital platform within existing Bratz platforms or external platforms for fan club members to engage with the brand and access benefits. Regular communication with members via newsletters, event invitations, and updates. Project management and planning of all fan club asset creation including content, collateral, mailers, presentation materials, e-blasts, promotions, etc. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create fan club-exclusive merchandise, discounts, and early access to Bratz products to drive fan purchases. Work closely with the licensing team on exclusive licensed-out merchandise from key partners. Organize and execute fan club-specific events, both virtual and in-person, to deepen fan connections with the brand. Ensure integration into larger brand initiatives, thinking and executing ways where fans can receive exclusive merchandise, experiences, and treatment. Revenue Growth & Community Engagement: Develop strategies to increase membership and engagement within the fan club, meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Create initiatives to drive fan club members’ purchases of Bratz products, both vertical and non-vertical, through promotions, limited-edition drops, and other incentives. Foster a vibrant and active online community by managing and moderating digital forums, ensuring fans have a positive and engaging space to connect. Partner with the team to design campaigns that highlight fan stories, achievements, and community milestones. Community Sentiment & Insights Reporting: Monitor fan club activities and sentiment across digital platforms, tracking engagement metrics and purchasing behavior. Provide regular reports with actionable insights on membership growth, product purchasing trends, and community engagement. Act as an internal advocate for the fan club community, sharing their feedback and ideas with the broader Bratz team. Work closely with the Social Media Manager and broader Bratz team to align fan club strategies with larger brand campaigns. Provide live feedback and insights to inform real-time marketing updates and activations. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality fan club experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, community engagement, or loyalty program development, preferably in consumer brands or entertainment. Proven ability to drive revenue through membership or loyalty programs. Strong understanding of digital engagement strategies and tools. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on engagement and revenue metrics. Passion for the Bratz brand and a deep understanding of its audience. Preferred Skills: Experience with subscription models, CRM platforms, and e-commerce. Background in events or experiential marketing. Familiarity with community moderation tools and platforms.
