Our Assistant Store Managers are front-line brand ambassadors representing Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store, all part of the CNG Holdings, Inc. family of companies. They embody the company's values and ethics, supporting our mission to provide outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence. Job Description Essential Duties: Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio, presenting all options that meet their needs. Escalate unresolved issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), or corporate office. Respond to inquiries via telephone and perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations and store policies. Handle cash and perform banking duties, including managing cash drawers and deposits. Balance daily transactions, resolve discrepancies, and process transactions accurately. Verify customer information and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and insurance. Ability to live and embrace core values of accountability, inclusiveness, transparency, and focus.
Physical Demands:
Work in retail/office environment with extensive cash handling and prolonged computer use. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Travel / Attendance:
Travel within district using personal vehicle, possibly overnight. Work scheduled shifts as assigned.
