We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is an HR Business Partner—providing direct support to managers and employees on core HR matters—and also a backup for our Talent Management initiatives—helping drive key programs in employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.

The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring that people strategies align with company objectives while also playing a hands-on role in executing key talent initiatives that enhance our culture and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partner

1. Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers, helping align HR strategies with business goals.
2. Guide managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and a positive work environment.
3. Advise leaders on performance management, coaching conversations, and fostering a culture of accountability.
4. Support workforce planning, team structuring, and change management initiatives.
5. Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies, balancing risk while supporting business needs.

Talent Management

1. Play a key role in employee engagement efforts, including analyzing and implementing action plans from surveys.
2. Support the execution of performance review processes, manager training, and continuous feedback strategies.
3. Assist in developing programs that enhance leadership capabilities and succession planning.
4. Collaborate on learning & development, career frameworks, and other company-wide talent initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in HR business partner or HR generalist roles with exposure to talent management.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

4. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business outcomes.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
6. Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
