Overview: A distinguished Beverly Hills-based personal injury law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with trial experience to join our Litigation Practice. This role offers a dynamic career growth opportunity, directly reporting to our senior trial attorney and access to diverse casework. We are looking for a confident, intrinsically motivated advocate who thrives in the courtroom and is committed to achieving exceptional results for clients. Duties: Effectively manage a caseload of ~40 cases with 2 dedicated support staff, meeting all deadlines. Represent clients in personal injury cases, including managing all phases of litigation and trial. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop comprehensive case strategies. Prepare and argue motions, attend depositions, and handle discovery. Maintain organized, detailed case files with regular communication and counsel provided to clients. Collaborate with attorneys, legal support staff, and expert witnesses on case preparation and trial execution. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of personal injury litigation experience. Experience in at least 1-2 jury trials as first or second chair. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated and committed to client-centered advocacy and continuous professional development. Education & Licenses: JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
