Join Our Team as a Senior Die Designer Are you a passionate and experienced Die Designer looking for your next big opportunity? The leading manufacturer of multi-tools is seeking a talented Senior Die Designer or Tooling Engineer (who enjoys doing die design) to join our dynamic team in Portland, Oregon. Salary Range : $30-$57 per hour (DOE) Monthly Production Bonus : Up to 6 % Shift Hours : Flexible, Monday - Friday Position Summary: As a Senior Die Designer, you will enjoy the die design process and focus on designing various types of metal stamping dies, including coining, fineblank, and progressive dies. You will provide manufacturability feedback to cross-functional teams and support and mentor other team members. Essential Functions: Generate strip layouts and die design planning. Provide technical input on manufacturability and manufacturing process requirements. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional areas. Education and Experience: 5-10 years of Die Design experience. Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and CAD (Solidworks preferred).
