Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr
In Office – 40 hours per week

At Bryant Safety Security Solutions, we contract with multiple clients throughout the Metro Atlanta areas. We’re looking for a highly competent recruiter to join our team to find and evaluate potential employees for the company. Someone who can work across all the stages of the recruitment process, including posting job listings, evaluating candidates, interviewing potential employees, and onboarding new hires. He or she will have a keen eye and good analytical skills to determine the right candidates for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Find and contact potential candidates
- Screening: Review resumes and applications
- Interviewing: Assess candidates and match them to job openings
- Negotiating: Help candidates negotiate salaries and other terms
- Onboarding: Help new hires transition into the company
- Job fairs: Attend job fairs to meet potential candidates
- Hiring process: Coordinate with hiring managers and other team members

Skills and Qualifications:
- An Associate degree in human resources or business preferred
- At least one year of experience in HR or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases
- Experience with various interview formats
- Experience with social media
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to manage internal and external communications
- Ability to identify talent and understand the needs of their employer or client
- Sales abilities
