Overview
The Administrative Assistant is the front-line client interface of our firm and the glue that holds the team together. This position will primarily be responsible for meeting clients when they come to the office, answering phone calls, supporting the tax and accounting professionals with documentation, online file organization and client communication, and providing amazing client service to ensure our clients are receiving the attention they need. This position requires presence in our office daily during normal business hours.

- Organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Well-developed professional interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible with changing work requirements and projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality within and outside the organization
- College degree or certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet clients in person and make them feel welcomed
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Collect and distribute mail
- Facilitate client meetings and information gathering
- Organize and maintain online filing system
- Scan, photocopy and file client and firm documents
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in preparation of reports
- Maintain and update contact lists
- Prepare, review and edit client correspondence
- Distribute firm newsletter and blogs
- Support tax partners in special projects as requested
