Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for contract management processes. • Translate business requirements into actionable configurations within the iCertis CLM system. iCertis CLM Configuration: • Utilize your iCertis CLM certification to configure and customize the system to meet specific organizational needs. • Implement and maintain workflows, templates, and rules within the iCertis CLM platform. System Integration: • Ensure seamless integration between iCertis CLM and other relevant business systems, such as CRM or ERP, to streamline contract-related processes. • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and test integrations. User Training and Support: • Conduct training sessions for end-users on iCertis CLM functionalities and best practices. • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues. Data Management: • Oversee data migration efforts and ensure data integrity within the iCertis CLM system. • Implement and maintain data governance practices to guarantee the accuracy of contract-related information. Reporting and Analytics: • Develop and generate reports and analytics within iCertis CLM to provide insights into contract performance, compliance, and other relevant metrics. • Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities. Continuous Improvement: • Stay informed about iCertis CLM updates, features, and industry best practices. • Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the iCertis CLM system. Compliance Management: • Ensure that the iCertis CLM system aligns with legal and regulatory requirements. • Implement and enforce compliance measures within the system.
Qualifications: • iCertis CLM Certification is good to have but not mandatory. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a CLM System Analyst, with specific expertise in iCertis CLM. • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and best practices. • Experience in configuring and customizing iCertis CLM to meet organizational requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. • Familiarity with data migration and integration processes. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
