A key Optimus client is seeking an
Endur Business Analyst
to join the
Commodities Trade Processing, Trade Lifecycle Management, Risk, and PnL team . The ideal candidate will have expertise in physical and financial deals, scheduling, trade lifecycle, risk reporting, P&L, and market data for Power & Natural Gas. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience as an Endur Business Analyst supporting commercial commodities trading operations, preferably in Natural Gas & Power Experience supporting and collaborating with IT teams on functional and technical design for commercial systems Knowledge of trade operation infrastructure, interfaces, and ETRM front-to-back business workflows Ability to engage with teams to influence IT strategies, involve stakeholders, and challenge existing processes Minimum Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Endur, including deal modeling, deal lifecycle, market data, P&L, and risk reporting; SQL skills are a plus Deep understanding of North American Natural Gas, Power, Refined Products, or Oil trading, scheduling, and data flow Extensive functional knowledge of Openlink Endur and trade operation infrastructure Ability to quickly grasp complex energy commodity systems and organizational interdependencies Proven experience managing multiple projects, operations, and budgets in a dynamic environment Leadership and team collaboration skills to achieve business objectives Strategic thinking with the ability to manage tactical details Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders Leadership capabilities to drive change and manage stakeholders and service providers Additional Details
