Role Description
This is a remote role for a Business Development Manager for North America at Movement Marketing, LLC. You will work with our team to help one of our international tour operator/destination management company partners establish their brand and grow sales in the US market. Responsibilities include new business development through our travel planner network, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management within the travel and tourism industry.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience selling to travel agents and/or tour operators in the US. Experience in building a sales territory through prospecting, trade shows, email marketing, training, and relationship building is preferred. Willingness to travel 25% of the time is required. Although the role is remote, being located in the New England area is advantageous for onboarding and training.

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in new business development, business planning, and lead generation
- Contract negotiation and account management skills
- Experience in strategic partnership marketing within the travel industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
