The Command Control Integration Analyst assists the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands by serving within the operations directorate task area. The position's primary mission involves advising the COMUSMARCENT in all matters pertaining to current and future operations and organizing, directing, and controlling USMC operations in the USCENTCOM AOR. The operations directorate handles force requirements and coordinates Global Force Management needs with the Service and USCENTCOM, overseeing training, readiness, personnel recovery, and force protection, and ensuring all necessary actions are aligned for both current and future operations. The Command Control Integration Analyst directly supports services for MARCENT through command and control systems integration and support analysis services to ensure the efficient execution of MARCENT OAMS tasks both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The Command Control Integration Analysis will perform the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide command and control systems integration and support analysis services. Support Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Intelligence Operations System (IOS), Joint Tactical Command and Control Workstation (JTCW), Video Teleconference Systems, Palantir, BICES, CENTRIX, SIPR, NIPR, Chat Surfer, Agile Client, C2IE, the JADC2 umbrella of systems to include MAVEN Mission Support System, and SharePoint portals. Provide G3 support to testing, establishing, integrating, and maintaining all facets of the C2 Systems within the headquarters and at contingency, continuity of operations (COOP), and forward deployed locations. In addition to deploying with the Staff Continuity of Operations Team to facilitate Command and Control (C2). Travel to contingency and COOP locations to test and assess C2 integration capabilities and be able to identify requirements to facilitate seamless C2 integration. EDUCATION
HS diploma or equivalent required. EXPERIENCE
Minimum ten years of military experience. Experience supporting or managing systems such as CPOF, GCCS, IOS, JTCW, and other related C2 platforms. Experience providing operational support for C2 systems in both CONUS and OCONUS environments, including contingency and continuity operations. Experience with deploying or supporting C2 systems in field or forward-deployed locations. CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Possess expert level knowledge on the effective use of Command and Control (C2) Systems. Possess a complete knowledge and ability to manage the Joint and Service specific C2 systems data output that contribute to the Common Intel/Common Operational Picture. Have the ability to organize and synthesize video displays, links, and access points to provide rapid access to a broad spectrum of C2 systems. Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (SharePoint, MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.) desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills desired. WORKING CONDITIONS
Required to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus. SPECIAL POSITION NOTATIONS
Travel is required. Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company's auto insurance provider. Maintain compliance with current DoD IAT certification Level 1 or above or SEC+ certified and have a Cyber Security Workforce Certification of Security+. Cyber Security Workforce Certification of Security+ is required by the Marine Corps Enterprise Networks for administrator credentials, which are required to operate the Commands systems. A Secret clearance is required for this position.
