Job Description:
The
Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)
is seeking
two ERP Developer 3
professionals for a long-term PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project. These individuals will analyze and modify system code, create technical design documentation, troubleshoot issues, and support integration and reporting requirements. Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability in remote/hybrid environments are essential.
Specialty Areas:
PeopleSoft Development
– Deep experience in FSCM 9.2 modules, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Application Packages. Technical Integration
– REST/SOAP APIs via Integration Broker, RHEL scripting, and Oracle DB performance tuning. UI & Reporting
– BI Publisher, PS Queries, AWE, and technical documentation. Project Collaboration
– Comfortable with remote tools and working in Agile/Scrum environments. Texas State Systems
– Familiarity with CAPPS Financials Baseline and CPA requirements is preferred. Responsibilities:
Modify, test, and debug PeopleSoft Financials system code and scripts. Support UI, interface, and reporting requirements using BI Publisher and PS Queries. Analyze functional requirements and create detailed technical design documents. Develop and maintain integrations via Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). Script automation on RHEL OS and write efficient PL/SQL queries in Oracle 19g. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Microsoft O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.). Provide off-hours support as needed during critical phases of the project. Ensure technical documentation is kept up to date throughout the SDLC. Skill Matrix:

Minimum 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and related technologies. Must be able to work onsite in Austin, TX once a week (Wednesday). Must have strong experience in technical documentation and cross-team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with State of Texas CPA CAPPS Financials. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and tracking tools like Jira. Familiarity with multiple PeopleSoft modules (GL, AP, SCM, etc.). Submission Requirements:
