FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
New York City College of Technology (City Tech) of the City University of New York (CUNY) is a comprehensive college in downtown Brooklyn offering 58 associate and bachelor’s degree programs.
The Mathematics Department seeks instructors for various levels of mathematics courses for the Spring 2025 and/or Fall 2025 semester.
QUALIFICATIONS
For Adjunct Lecturer: Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise, and the ability to teach successfully. For Adjunct Assistant Professor: Ph.D. degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent, and the ability to teach successfully. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
For Adjunct Lecturer, a master’s degree is preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with prior college-level teaching experience. COMPENSATION
Adjunct Lecturer: $91.67/hr Adjunct Assistant Professor: $100/hr CUNY offers faculty a competitive compensation and benefits package covering health insurance, pension and retirement benefits, paid parental leave, and savings programs.
