CW-SS-Banking Ops Specialist III

:Regional Description (Onsite) Employment Type :Contract
Compensation: Pay Range:$26.50-$29.86/Hrs
Description: • Reconcile deposit bank accounts and general ledgers. • Complete unclaimed property reporting and year-end tax form corrections. • Assist with year-end reporting and bank control changes. • Update interfaces and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies. • Address non-routine customer inquiries using advanced knowledge. • Provide training and assistance to junior employees.
Key Responsibilities: • Answer referral calls and provide information to prospective customers. • Assist with processing multi-channel inbound and outbound leads. • Verify daily proofs and reconciliations for compliance. • Confirm accuracy of payments and online entries. • Resolve non-routine customer, branch, or bank inquiries. • Ensure work is safeguarded and controlled according to procedures.
Qualifications: • Experience with general ledger and reconciliation. • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and navigation skills. • 1 year of retail banking experience. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of banking operations, financial principles, and regulations.
