As
Automotive Receptionist , you’ll support the Service Department by greeting clients, assisting with admin tasks, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
What you'll be working on:
Greet and assist service guests while providing exceptional customer service and support
Process payments, invoices, and repair orders accurately and deliver proper documentation
Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the rental car fleet
Maintain organization of keys, files, and guest information to ensure smooth operations
Support the Service Department and other teams with administrative tasks and special projects
What you need to bring to the table:
Previous customer service or receptionist experience (automotive experience a plus)
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality and eagerness to improve
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Salary:
$17.95-$30.00/hour
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
