The Building Blocks Program is designed to support students in grades Kindergarten 1 and 2 who exhibit high levels of challenging behavior and low academic achievement. Many participants may also be dealing with trauma, mental health issues, or be on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities Obtain materials and deliver them to classrooms Manage daily operations Facilitate staff training Serve as the daily point of contact for crises and provide guidance Develop, edit, and revise behavioral and academic programming Oversee and manage behavior programming for students Act as a positive role model
Requirements
School Psychologist or School Social Worker BCBA certification
