Team member is responsible for performing all collection procedures. They ensure policies and procedures are followed and will advise and assist in the orientation and training of other personnel on equipment and software as necessary.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience: One year of relevant phlebotomy or venous access experience, preferred. Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Phlebotomy Certification – ASCP, NHA, ASPT, AMT or a national accrediting agency approved by Laboratory Senior Leadership, required.
- Additional Skills (required): In NHMG setting, performs waived and moderate testing that meets TJC, CLIA and COLA regulations. Knowledge of current medical terminology to perform a full range of laboratory tasks. Skill in anticipating and reacting calmly to emergency situations. Ability to communicate clearly and establish effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, hospital staff, and the public.
