$15.96/hr - $21.79/hr
Job Title: Janitor (UAW Union)

Job Summary
Caravan Facilities Management is seeking a reliable Janitors to support our cleaning operations at our local facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible with shift availability.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, break rooms, offices, and hallways in an industrial environment
- Refill restroom and cleaning supplies
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Mop, sweep, vacuum, and perform other general cleaning duties
- Follow company and GM safety standards
- Maintain equipment and cleaning tools properly
- Communicate effectively with team leads and site manager
- Clock in and out using designated systems and report any issues promptly
Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, climb and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and adhere to site security rules
- Union membership required upon hire (UAW)
- Opportunity to move into a full-time position as openings become available
