ROLE RESPONSIBILITES - The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-site HR Employee Support - including onboarding, training, record-keeping, retention, performance evaluations, compliance and discipline. They are responsible for the following:
- Assign, track, and oversee compliance of all agency-specific training courses
- Ensure complete and accurate files for all staff.
- Oversee successful physical verification of identification documents for I-9 forms.
- Regularly audit and ensure that all Employee Data is complete at all times.
- Generate reports to analyze workforce utilization rates, overtime utilization rates, etc.
- Survey New Hire Employees post-orientation.
- Assist Staffing Managers in addressing Caregiver employee relations issues
- Conduct investigations and/or disciplinary sessions.
Requirements
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English required.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Thorough knowledge of best practices for handling PHI as governed by HIPAA.
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Outstanding attention to detail, project management, documentation, organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a commitment to reach goals and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding positive attitude with the ability to grasp and embrace the company's overall goals and objectives and portray to customers and staff. Able to work well with others in a collaborative and respectful manner.
- Education – Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience – At least 2 years of experience in training, mentoring, or management of a workforce.
