Carpenter Multi Trader
Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Carpenter for a job opportunity covering domestic properties within East London.
This position will provide a van, fuel card, specialist tools and materials.
Responsibilities of the Carpenter Multi Trader:
Completing planned and reactive buildng maintenance and repairs as a Carpenter.
Also undertaking minor building repair works under the following trades:
Painting and Decorating
Plumbing
Tiling
Flooring
About you as the Carpenter Multi Trader:
Recognized qualifications in carpentry
Experienced in a variety of maintenance trades such as plumbing, carpentry, brickwork repairs, painting, and decorating
Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards
Organized, punctual, and dependable
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
