Overview
This role offers the opportunity to create a lasting positive impression for customers by providing exceptional service at the cash wrap. As a key team member, you will handle customer transactions, assist in finding solutions to customer needs, and suggest additional products to enhance their purchases.
Responsibilities
- Provide an engaging, convenient, and accurate checkout experience for customers.
- Achieve sales goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and meet operational expectations.
- Partner with store leadership to resolve customer concerns courteously and effectively.
- Maintain personal productivity and performance goals.
- Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Manage customer payments accurately.
- Learn and share expertise about products and trends to meet customer needs.
- Stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- 0-3 months of retail experience.
- Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor at all times.
- Motivated to achieve results through enthusiasm and interaction with customers and athletic products.
- Initiate and complete tasks independently.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
