We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our customer service team in Chicago. As a cashier at Comvox CO, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience through accurate transactions and professional service.

- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Accurately process payments using cash registers, credit/debit card terminals, and other systems
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as required
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Monitor inventory at the register and restock necessary supplies
- Follow company procedures for handling cash and resolving discrepancies
- Provide answers to basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle transactions quickly and efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or service environment
- Must be punctual, dependable, and honest
