Salary Range $150,000 to $160,000 based on experience

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of business applications, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Drive operational efficiency and system integrations to align ERP and related systems with business objectives.
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Develop and execute a roadmap for system enhancements and best practices.
Manage vendor relationships for optimal system performance and cost-effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to streamline business processes using Business Central and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance efficiency through automation and system improvements.
Ensure seamless integration between Business Central and third-party applications (e.g., Power BI, Concur, UKG).
Drive data accuracy, reporting, and analytics to support business intelligence.
Establish security protocols and compliance measures for data governance.
Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts, ERP Administrators, and external consultants.
Partner with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Provide training and support to internal users, driving adoption and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including implementation, customization, and administration. Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, inventory management, job modules, and ProjectPro within Business Central. Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) and integrations with Business Central. Experience with API integrations, SQL databases, and data migration strategies. Familiarity with third-party ISVs and extensions for Business Central. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align technology with business strategy. Experience in mid-sized to enterprise-level organizations with complex business processes. Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications in Business Central, Power Platform, or related technologies. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
