Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from MAI Construction, Inc Responsibilities: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates from drawings and specifications. Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, from concept to closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage document control, including cost control, schedule control, and change order administration. Manage and estimate multiple projects concurrently. Identify and manage risks, including lead time assessments and site assessments. Assist in RFP package preparation. Develop new clients while supporting and maintaining existing clients. Participate in trade shows and industry organizations. Desired Skills and Experience: Well versed in all aspects of project management including bidding, estimating, subcontracting, permitting, cost management, project documentation, scheduling, billing, and closeout. Strong leadership qualities able to mentor PE’s and APM’s. Ability to manage a team. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Bachelor’s degree with a preference in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum of 15 years experience as a project manager. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Project. Good understanding of all trades-including MEP. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Client-centered approach with a focus on customer development and satisfaction. Possess a “do whatever it takes” attitude. Creative thinker willing to think outside the box to achieve client goals. Autonomous individual who enjoys working with a team. Excellent time management skills, fully able to set own schedule. LEED accreditation is a plus.
