is hiring a dedicated
Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
to assist with the administration of medications and support daily patient care. This role is primarily designed for travel assignments, ideal for compassionate professionals who enjoy flexible work environments and meaningful patient interactions.
Job Responsibilities
Administer prescribed medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Document medication administration accurately in medical records. Observe and report adverse reactions or side effects promptly. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, hygiene, and mobility. Monitor vital signs and communicate changes in condition to nursing staff. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients. Comply with facility policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations. Travel to various long-term care and assisted living facilities as needed. Qualifications
Completion of a state-approved
Certified Medication Aide
training program. Active CMA certification and listing on state registry. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience
preferred in a long-term care or assisted living setting. Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with residents and healthcare team members. Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to patient needs. Willingness and ability to accept
travel assignments
