Job Title: Support Data Analyst
Location: Bannockburn, IL OR Riverside, IL (Candidates need to be local. Role remote but local required for possible onsite needs.)

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Provides support to our Marketing Operations Sr. Analysts who are responsible for lead enablement, database management, and marketing performance reporting
• Uses specialist tools to match, append, or mine data from multiple data sources
• Formats data properly to be used in Salesforce.com lead loads and executes lead loads using Data Loader
• Builds reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and Tableau to provide real-time reporting and visualization on Marketing efforts
• Manages Marketing Operations Intake requests, gathers additional information from requestor, routes to appropriate
• Supports ad hoc analyses for strategic commercial initiatives and GtM efforts
• Performs audits on existing reporting logic and workflows to validate accuracy
• Supports Marketing Operations during technical deployments with testing and executing manual workarounds related to lead management and assignment

What Qualifications You Need

• 1-2+ years of experience in data analytics support
• Proficient with ETL tools, like Alteryx or SQL, to match, append, or mine data from multiple data sources.
• Proficient with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and Excel
• Strong collaboration and teamwork
• Ability to learn quickly and get up to speed
