The Role As an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor in our Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) , you will provide high-quality, culturally competent, and individualized mental health services to the children and families we serve. This is a full-time position reporting to the Program Director . You will oversee clinical staff, ensure service quality, provide supervision to license-eligible interns, and support staff development efforts. Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff and guidance to direct care staff. Ensure client confidentiality and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records. Oversee chart reviews, peer reviews, and quality assurance efforts. Coordinate and/or provide staff training and development activities. Ensure compliance with program mandates, documentation, and billing requirements. Collaborate with the Program Director to integrate services and support an effective case-management approach. Develop and implement client-sensitive policies and procedures. Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Behavioral Health programs. Provide crisis intervention and manage emergencies as needed. What You'll Bring to the Team We're looking for someone who's not just qualified but driven. Someone who's excited about making a difference in the lives of children and families. Massachusetts CANS certification required . Master's degree in Psychology or a related field required . Independent licensure required (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC) . At least five (5) years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid insurance coverage required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Experience working independently, managing deadlines, and navigating high-pressure situations. Knowledge of child and family-serving systems and experience advocating for family members involved with behavioral health systems preferred. You'll Stand Out If: You have experience in developing and implementing behavioral health programs. You are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
