Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT): Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism
Collect and record data on patient behavior
Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively
Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):: Pay range Hourly $18-$22 per hour
Part-Time Daily
15-20 hours per week

Ability to manage behaviors effectively Experienced working with kids
