Job Opportunities
The City of Marinette has seasonal employment opportunities available this summer. These positions are to provide additional assistance to our Cemetery and Public Works departments. The functions of these positions include but are not limited to mowing grass, weed whipping, painting, light maintenance, removing debris (litter/yard waste), pothole patching, maintaining/cleaning restrooms, and the grounds. Perform landscaping duties including planting flowers and shrubs, and may assist with burials and stone placements. Performs other related duties as assigned. Duties will vary by department.
Pay: $15.00 / hour
Job Type: Seasonal (May - August/September)
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm. *Some positions will require working every other weekend, with one day off during the week.
Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to operate hand/power tools and small equipment.
