Monday-Thursday, 7:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.; Friday 7:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Qualifications

Assist Technical Director with AV equipment decisions Serve as Lead Classroom Technology and Integration Specialist Lead peers, prioritize duties, manage classroom AV equipment Maintain knowledge of Crestron systems, support mobile classroom tech (e.g., iPads), Cisco Digital Signage Work with teams for seamless tech integration, analyze IT systems, troubleshoot, support network infrastructure, perform PC technician duties Promote positive relationships, perform professionally, and undertake related tasks Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in CIS/MIS or related field and at least 1 year of AV and computer support experience OR High school diploma/equivalent with 5 years of related work experience and Crestron certification Preferred Qualifications
Crestron certification, knowledge of AV systems, controls, amplifiers Experience supporting AV in enterprise settings, supporting live events, supporting PC imaging, and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain confidentiality, and support the college’s mission Additional Information
