Description We are seeking a highly motivated individuals to join our Palm Beach Gardens team as a Customer Service Clerk!

Our Palm Beach Gardens office is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented professional who likes the challenge of variety and possess excellent time management skills to join their team as a Customer Services Clerk at the Violations Bureau! At the Violations Bureau you will assist customers with processing citations filed throughout Palm Beach County. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge on traffic citations, reinstating driver's licenses, misdemeanors cases, county ordinances, and much more!

Performs as a Court Compliance Ambassador by assisting customers in the Payment Plan Office Assists Court Specialist Lead and management team with quality control overall departmental efficiency and procedural development as needed Cashiers payments on criminal traffic and ordinance violations; reinstates driver's licenses Scans and updates over-the-counter citations Sets court hearings Provides statistical reports; runs collections process and payoff requests; performs other customer service related functions
Typical Qualifications
High school diploma (or GED), supplemented by five (5) years of recent and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to accurately apply acute attention to detail in maintenance of detailed data, preferably in an automated systems environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Some vocational or college courses preferred. Once qualified, deputization may be required to perform the assigned functions.
