We are actively seeking independent contractors who are local skilled tradespeople with a reputation for reliability and honesty. By becoming an approved service provider for Climbia Enterprise LLC, you can tap into a network dedicated to meeting client needs. This is your opportunity to work with both regional and national multi-site organizations through our Integrated Facilities Management programs. Rates are negotiable with options for hourly or per-project payment. You'll receive payment via direct deposit 7 days after job completion (NET 7). For insurance coverage, you can opt for your own General Liability or Workers' Compensation insurance, or choose our policy with a 10% deduction from your payment for damages up to $10,000 at the job site.
