Job Description
Education:
• Bachelor's in Communication, Marketing, or Business is required
Top skills:
• Great verbal and written communication skills required
• Project management and organizational skills required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Marketing Communications or Communications experience preferred
Job requirements:
• Will be supporting our Communications Lead in the management, coordination, and execution of a multitude of communications projects.
• You will help ensure the quality and consistency of our communications efforts and provide limited creative support, inclusive of story/article writing and proofing.
• Communications project management and stakeholder engagement are the main focus of this position. 60% of their time will be spent on these.
• Writing: simple templated design support
• Quality assurance – proofing, fact-checking, stakeholder approvals
• Supporting local photo and video shoots
• Organizing shared digital creative assets
• Coordinate metrics scorecard assembly
• Keep team SharePoint sites organized and updated
