Job Title: Senior Internal Communications Specialist
- Location: New York, NY 10036
- Duration: 8 - 12 months, possibility of extensions
- Hours: 8:00/8:30 AM to 5:00/5:30 PM (40-hour work week)
- Remote or Onsite: Hybrid (3 times a week)
- Interview process: 2 rounds of interviews

What are the applications to be supported?

- Listening
- Ability to work with senior leaders
- Comfortable with doing the work (hands-on and planning, and strategy development)
Requirements:
- Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Dynamics, SharePoint & Teams
- Experience: 7 - 10 years ' experience in a corporate or agency environment
Notes
- There are 10 different operational projects - a transformation effort
- This role would be responsible for handling communication for 3 of those projects
- The nature of the work has to do with right-shoring, moving people in certain roles and/or locations, helping move towards an operating model
- Will be working with senior leaders, driving these operational projects
- Ability to be confident and not intimidated by senior people,
- Listening skills (a lot of note taking), poise, excellent written and communication skills
- This is a hands-on role, and doesn't want someone just having only experience in managing; has to have hands-on execution and strategy development experience
