A growing medical device client is looking to add a Clinical Coordinator to their team onsite in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This Clinical Coordinator will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and play a critical role in managing and tracking essential clinical trial data. This individual will be responsible for processing and tracking medical images, working with core labs and clinical sites to gather required information, and maintaining data integrity within our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. This person will also work closely with the Senior Compliance Manager and would be a great learning opportunity for a junior professional who wants to learn the ins and outs of how clinical trials are administered, managed and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, processing, and tracking of clinical images from clinical sites.
- Work closely with core labs and clinical sites to resolve issues as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for clinical sites regarding image submissions and trial documentation.
- Follow up with sites to gather missing or incomplete trial-related data.
- Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Data Capture system.
- Ensure image data is up to date and audit ready.
- Assist the clinical team with projects on an as needed basis.
- Assist with general trial logistics and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but it required.
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or healthcare related positions is a plus.
- Experience working in an administrative capacity, ideally in an FDA regulated industry would be acceptable as well.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Can work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the clinical group as needed.
- Strong interest in learning about clinical trials.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Pay range for the role is $65,000 to $85,000 depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
