We're seeking a licensed psychologist to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary behavioral health clinic that delivers cutting-edge, short-term therapy for diverse military-connected populations across DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. This role offers rich clinical variety, meaningful supervision opportunities, and continued training in leading evidence-based models, all within a supportive and inclusive setting. U.S. Military Veterans, National Guardsmen, Reservists, and/or Military Spouses are encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality, trauma-focused care to adults, children, couples, and families—approximately 26–30 face-to-face client hours/week. Conduct biopsychosocial and psychological assessments, provide CBT, CPT, PE, and other short-term, evidence-based interventions. Provide clinical supervision to psychology doctoral trainees (1–2 years of supervision experience required). Participate in weekly team meetings, clinical case conferences, and ongoing professional development. Why Join This Team?
