Base pay range
$58,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Position: Restaurant & Bar Managers (all levels)
Locations with openings: Denver, Littleton, Centennial, Boulder, and Colorado Springs, Colorado (On-site, Full-time)
Company: Lotus Concepts Management (Viewhouse, My Neighbor Felix, Wonderyard, Belles & Boots)
Salary: $58,000 - $80,000 per year (Salary will vary by location, experience, management level, etc.)

Lotus Concepts Management is a dynamic company that operates some of Colorado’s most exciting hospitality venues, including restaurants like ViewHouse, My Neighbor Felix, Wonderyard, and our newest concept Belles & Boots. We are seeking charismatic and customer-focused Managers who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant and bar environment.
About the Roles:
We have management opportunities at all levels (experience < 2 years, mid-level, Assistant General Manager, General Manager *not included in salary range*) and across the majority of our concepts and locations. The ideal candidate in any management role will have experience overseeing the daily operations in a restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service, and smooth flow of service. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to create a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. Ensure staff are knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies. Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak business hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Foster positive guest relationships by anticipating needs, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries with a commitment to the brand.
- Oversee service quality, ensuring timely, efficient, and friendly service.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere.
- Financial Management: Assist with daily cash handling, including opening and closing the register. Assist with labor cost control, optimizing staffing levels to meet demand. Monitor tipping procedures and ensure proper distribution.
- Operational Management:
- Manage seating arrangements and reservation systems, ensuring efficient flow of guests.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory, including supplies and equipment for the front of house.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the front and back of house to ensure smooth operations. Attend regular staff meetings and provide feedback to improve service standards. Assist in creating and implementing promotional activities, events, and marketing strategies.
- Staff Scheduling: Develop and maintain work schedules for front of house staff, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including maintaining TIPS and ServSafe certifications.
- Proven experience in a leadership role preferred (restaurant, hospitality, or similar).
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of financials, including budget and labor cost management.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
