Project Manager
as we compete for a contract to support the United States Coast Guard. The Project Manager (PM) oversees contract execution, ensuring alignment with C5ISC objectives and the successful delivery of project management, business support, and meeting facilitation services. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Government, coordinating strategic planning, reporting, and risk management for 20-25 concurrent projects. Location:

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy:
Lead contract execution and Government interface, ensuring compliance with C5ISC policies. Manage and oversee the execution of 6-8 active projects, with ad hoc support for 2-3 additional projects. Lead strategic planning and integration efforts for C5ISC projects and initiatives. Ensure alignment with the C5ISC Strategic Plan and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Project Oversight & Risk Management:
Monitor and maintain an overall status dashboard for OISPL-supported systems. Track project milestones, due dates, and potential cost/schedule risks. Conduct regular risk assessments and mitigation planning.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and the contractor team. Lead weekly progress meetings with the COR and provide monthly contract performance reports. Oversee the post-award conference and ensure timely submission of project deliverables.
Qualifications: Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience, Government, or C5I-related projects. Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk management, and Government contracting. Experience leading teams and managing multiple high-priority initiatives.
Preferred:
PMP Certification or equivalent. Experience working with USCG, DoD, or DHS programs.
