Job Description:

ARDE, An L3 Harris Technologies Company designs and manufactures pressure vessels (tanks) for Aerospace applications. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician. This person will perform a variety of manufacturing operations including pressure testing, chemical cleaning, metal forming, heat-treating and mechanical assembly.

Essential Functions:

• Perform manufacturing tasks in accordance with routing instructions.
• Maintain work areas and equipment.
• Work with supervisors, manufacturing engineers, and quality to:
• Ensure product quality.
• Achieve customer delivery requirements.
• Achieve labor target.
• Identify and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience in some of the following processes is required:
• Pressure operations.
• Chemical cleaning.
• Metal forming.
• Heat treat.
• Grit blasting.
• Welding.
• Mechanical assembly.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in pressure operation and chemical cleaning.
